So last Thursday (which was really 10/20) I was sitting at home minding my own business when I got a phone call from my parents. It had been about a month and half since they had seen the girls and they weren't going to see them again until Thanksgiving. They wanted to know if we could meet in Chattanooga for a night. It all worked out where we could meet so the girls and I rode up there and we were able to go to a Pumpkin Patch/Corn Maze. It was a lot of fun--I don't know that we'll go back to that one but it was a fun experience. I've actually never been to a corn maze before (I know--right?? East Tn girl has never been to one????) Anyways, so as we finished one thing my parents kept trying to prolong the inevitable so I just threw out there....did they want to just take the girls back with them when they left? Well after a brief frenzy in working some details out the girls ended up going to their grandparents for the week!
They love it there and my parents love having them--what makes it all even better is that they get to spend the end of the week with their Mimi and Poppy!! I am so hoping that it all works out and we can move back there, but that is another post in and of itself :-) Praying for God's guidance in all this but oh if everything worked out how perfect it would be!

That is so awesome that they got to spend a week with them! I wish my kiddos got to do that. We live in the same town as both sets of grandparents and my kids don't see them that much =(
