So this time last year all of Adam's family decided they wanted to have the family reunion in the mountains. Works for us :-) We love it there, it's close, and the views no matter the time of year are always gorgeous! Well once we all got started making reservations the extended family started backing out. So the immediate family got together decided on a time that works for us and decided we were still going to go. The last weekend in September worked for everyone so away we went! The cabin was so nice and it was so peaceful!! It was the perfect ending to a whirlwind 6 weeks. So the next couple of posts are going to highlight what all we did while there...The only thing I didn't get to do was Laurel Falls. I'm beginning to think that God doesn't want me to go---I've been trying to go there for 3 years now :-)
So Day 1 consisted of pictures with
Leverton Photography at the Apple Barn...our all time favorite place to eat! After that we went shopping at the outlets *woop woop*, went grocery shopping, and then hung out for the evening in the cabin...here are some pics of our fun! Oh I should also add that we celebrated our nephew's b-day while there, I'll post pics of that too :-)
