Strawberry Jelly

So this summer Adam decided to plant a garden so we could have some fresh vegetables.  That's when I decided that I really did want to learn to can and such.  Well the fruits of Adam labor are starting to come in and we had fresh green beans the other night for dinner!

I haven't done much with canning, but I did get Adam's grandmothers Freezer Strawberry Jelly recipe and their sweet corn recipe.  The sweet corn turned out amazing--I'm going to have to go get more!  I was a little unsure of the strawberry jelly and just how many strawberries to get so I ended up doubling the recipe.  That made 9 jars (yeah it was a lot) and at first I didn't think it had turned out well but Adam loved it and when his parents came to visit this past weekend they said it was great.  I don't think they would lie to me :-)  So here are my pics of the jelly, it's super sweet but SOOOOOO good!

**If you would like this recipe please comment and let me know.  Because it is a family recipe I am not going to post it online.**
