Reagan loves Thomas the Train. We don't have cable (and we actually enjoy it) so the only shows that the girls can watch on 'real' TV is what's on PBS. In the Hoffman house we're all about some Cat in the Hat Knows a lot about that, and Calliou (not my fave), Sid the Science Kid, and of course Thomas. I think she really only got into it because of the music at the end of each episode, but with her getting the train set for Christmas a new favorite was born! I researched it a bit and found where a Day Out With Thomas was going to be...and we went! It was a lot of fun, but I have to tell you--the tickets are only for the train ride! Where we went that was the case at least! It was worth it and we'll go again I'm sure, but the cost was for the train ride only---everything else is free. That is a handy little piece of information that they don't share! So here are some pics...my parents decided that they wanted to meet us and share in the fun, which ended up being fine because Adam couldn't end up going.
What I did find funny is that whenever I went for a photo op, they had the photo op with the girls instead of me :-) I didn't care too much because I got some good ones anyways---gotta love long distance grandparents!!
